The products ordered will be delivered to the post address specified by the user in the order form. Deliveries will be made by express courier from Monday to Friday, in regular office hours. TerraItaly™ reserves the right to turn to other carriers and/or to adopt other delivery systems. Delivery is considered completed when the product is placed at the disposal of the user at the delivery address specified in the order form. The delivery times of each product will be expressly stated during the purchase procedure and, anyhow, before this is completed. They will also be indicated in the confirmation of the purchase order. If no specific delivery time is indicated, the same will anyhow take place not later than twenty days from the day after the order receipt.
The payment of the products bought from the Site must be by credit card or cash on delivery. Credit cards from the VISA, MasterCard, Maestro circuits are accepted; payments will be processed via a secure server-to-server connection through the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) Protocol with 128bit encryption. No charge will be made on the order to the user’s credit card utilized for payment. Billing will take place only after (i) the data of the user’s credit card utilized for payment have been checked (ii) the company that has issued the user’s credit card utilized has released authorization to billing. The commercial invoice will be issued automatically on each purchase. While the order is being processed, the user will be asked to communicate his/her data to head the invoice, including the tax-payer’s code or VAT No. In case of missed payments, TerraItaly™ will debit the user the costs arising from processing of the unpaid amount, notifying the user by e-mail.
TerraItaly.it aims to be your window on Italy, providing you with “a vision from above” with high-resolution aerial imagery, whose archive is constantly updated. TerraItaly.it was designed to be used by anyone, either professionals or simply a photography enthusiast, which is why the usability and features of the website are regularly tested and improved.
The prints of the TerraItaly™ products are reproductions produced using a digital printing process on photographic paper in the sizes 30×30 cm or 40×40 cm. The prints are made from the digital images purchased online or upon request from the historycal archive.
A legally certified image is a digital image that can be considered an electronic document, to which a legally valid timestamp is assigned, making its existence enforceable against third parties and allowing it to be used as evidence, freely assessed in a court of law.
Therefore, the image is not merely a visual file, but an electronic document whose existence, integrity, and temporal placement can be legally demonstrated.
A legally certain date refers to the legal certainty regarding the existence of a document at a specific point in time, as well as its immutability after that moment, in accordance with current legislation.
With regard to the service offered, the legally certain date is assigned to the image using time-validation tools compliant with Legislative Decree 82/2005 (Digital Administration Code) and Regulation (EU) No. 910/2014 (eIDAS), such as a qualified timestamp, which uniquely associates the electronic document with a date and time that are legally enforceable against third parties.
It is a print on photographic paper that shows the image’s acquisition date with legally recognized validity, which you can use in your legal disputes.
After adding the image of your interest to the cart, you can select the additional certified printing service. The certified print can also be purchased together with the digital frames from the historical archive, available upon request.
Within the shopping cart, and next to each image you have selected from the viewer, the flight date (yyyy-mm) will be indicated.

Purchased products are shipped within 15 days from the web order date via express courier within Italy and are delivered within 24–48 hours from the shipping date.
Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of receiving the email confirmation of the completed purchase.
The publication of images is regulated by the rules established by Compagnia Generale Ripreseaeree S.p.A, which the customer can view and approve at the time of purchase.
